Description of the issue: hello i have encounter rendering issue in windows 11 with brave build Version 1.29.81
in almost every website visit contents of website get blurry and pictures and borders gets kinda dragged out and warpped then it gets back to normal and it starts over again
Expected result: how can i fix it , i try reinstalling brave but it doesn’t fix the issue
Brave Version( check About Brave): brave build Version 1.29.81
Additional Information: i run Windows 11 Pro version 21H2 OS build 22000.184 in a lenovo G50-45
