Been using Brave since August or so, and overall I’m thoroughly enjoying it! Lately it does seem to be running a little heavy, though, so I was hoping you could provide some details on expected RAM usage.
The only extensions I have are Adobe Acrobat and Google Translate, and with only a single tab open, I’m seeing nearly half a gig of RAM consumed by Brave. My Chrome and Edge installations have similar extensions; Brave consumes three times what Chrome does and twice as much as Edge.
Would really appreciate some clarifying technical specifications. I thought part of the reason Brave blocked all those ads was to avoid situations like this.
