Brave Browser doesn't appear in the Privacy and Settings page on a Mac

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Reinstalled Brave using .pkg file on the website
  2. Opened settings and search for file to see where I gave access to Brave (desktop)
  3. Looked at list of applications and was not able to see the Brave toggle for Desktop to turn it off. Uncertain if it even needed access to my desktop??? Or if it was a malware.

Expected result: No desktop required
