Description of the issue: I want to make Brave my browser. I’ve downloaded and installed it twice. My computer says it’s installed but then nothing happens. I’m not a technical pro and may need step by step instructions on what to do.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
- On the Brave website I click the link to download brave. It does download
- My computer gives me installation instructions, which I follow.
- my Computer tells me it’s installed, however I have no idea how to access the Brave browser
- When I click on the Brave browser link in the downloads folder, I simply go through the same process

To have Brave appear as my browser, so I can begin using it.

I am using a MacBook Pro. I am using the macOS Catalina version 10.15.7
