Brave Browser - BAT Grants and Sync Questions

Hi there,

Is there a reason I am not receiving any BAT grants on my desktop version of Brave? I seem to receive monthly grants on my IOS version of Brave.

Also, I have sync’ed my browser from my phone to my desktop but still no success, moreover the BAT I receive on my phone seem to be stuck in that instance of the browser and can’t be transferred to uphold.

Any help appreciated!
