Brave Blocking Chat Functionality

I have an account with my web host wherein they use a chat feature for support. When I try to initiate a chat, it makes a call to their live chat service that gets blocked by Brave. I turned off shield for that specific site and it still blocked it. I am not quite sure how to allow this call to their live chat service api go through. The service they use is livechat.com. Please advise.

You cannot reproduce with my account due to it being a private hosting area, but perhaps try another site that uses their service?

The result is a chat does not open. Nothing happens. There is the following error in the console:

We shouldn’t be blocking any chat functionality, is there sample site I could test?

The one I am using is behind my personal credentials to the service. Maybe the chat service has one?
