Description of the issue:

Search Widget on homescreen is not working after last update. Also cannot connect to dApps and DEX with Brave wallet. All DEXes on Ethereum Mainnet have option to connect to MetaMask, WalletConnect and Coinbase wallet, but not Brave Wallet. Please integrate WalletConnect API in Brave wallet to solve this problem.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Install and open Brave - Beta from Playstore
  2. Add Brave search widget on Android homescreen
  3. Search for DEX and dApps on Google and try to access/connect those with Brave wallet

Expected result:

  1. Search widget doesn’t work or open from homescreen.
  2. Also cannot connect to dApps and DEX with Brave wallet. All DEXes on Ethereum Mainnet have option to connect to MetaMask, WalletConnect and Coinbase wallet, but not Brave Wallet.

Please integrate WalletConnect API in Brave wallet to solve this problem.
