Brave 1.51.110 not working on Fedora 38

Brave stopped working on Fedora 38, any site that I try to open does not render in the browser, sometimes I can see some elements, like the page logo, I can move the mouse and see that the cursor changes for a link and if I click the link is loaded, but all I can see is a blank page.

It is impractical to use Brave with this issue.

Brave version: 1.51.110
Fedora version: 38

I appear to have the same issue. When launched from the terminal, I receive the “Skia shader compilation error”. Brave also fails to render settings menus and extension menus.

I am running Fedora 38 on multiple systems. I only have this issue on the system that has a dedicated GPU. Below are the system specs.

MB: ASUS ROG Strix B550f
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700x
GPU: AMD Radeon 6700XT
Kernel: 6.2.14-300
Mesa: 23.0.3

Yes, it is the GPU acceleration that is giving the issue. I launched brave with the --disable-gpu-rasterization and it worked fine.

My configuration is:
CPU: Intel i7-9750H (12) @ 2.600GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050
Kernel: 6.2.14-300
NVidia Driver: 530.41.03
