I just installed the first official Brave browser for Apple silicon, and it’s terrible. Every one of the streaming services I use can’t be played in Brave. I get a playback error in every single one. All of these sites worked great on my old Intel based Macbook Pro, and all of the sites listed below currently work great in Chrome for Apple Silicon. I’ve been looking forward to the official release of Brave for Apple silicon since early November, but this is embarrassingly bad, and a huge disappointment. I have tried resetting the browsing history, reseting the cache, leaving my sync chain, uninstalling and reinstalling the browser, but I still can’t get any streaming services to work in the new Brave for Apple silicon.
