I’d like to sync my bookmark from Desktop to iPhone7, here is the procedure:
Sync Chain QR Code: On your mobile device, navigate to Brave Sync in the Settings panel and click the button “Scan Sync Code”. Use your camera to scan the QR Code below.
But I do not have the sync section on my mobile phone Brave browser?

Sync on iOS is not ready yet, sorry for having to wait so long.
If everything goes well sync will be ready in next release(1.9)

Do you also plan to have bookmark in cloud, as a backup in case all browsers are lost/corrupted?

No plans for that currently as far as I know.
The future plans are to add more items to be syncable: tabs, history etc
Looking forward to IOS sync in 1.8 and hopefully tab sync sooner rather than later.
