Blank Screen when a link opens in a new incognito tab

Description of the issue:
Brave shows blank page when a link opens in a incognito tab
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Quit Brave completely
  2. Open Brave
  3. Open Private Tab
  4. go to Brave.com
  5. Scroll down to GitHub
  6. Click on it

Expected result:
Should go to GitHub page instead of showing blank screen
Actual result:
Showing blank screen
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.58.2(23.11.3.10)
Mobile Device details
iPad 5th Gen(16.7.2)
Additional Information:
No difference with shields down
Works fine on incognito on safari
Noticed this on other websites(not all the time)
