binance website won’t load
i tried with and without shield activated
i haven’t configured shields just turning on and off
it does work when using google chrome

Can you confirm that you’re visiting binance.us/en (if you’re located in the US)?
On my end, I’m able to load Binance in Brave on both macOS and Windows systems. If you open a private browsing window and try to visit Binance, do you still get the same results?
