BAT Token not credited

Hello

I have sent BAT token to a website 10 days ago from my mobile. Till now it is not credited to the uphold account linked with that website. This is not the first time. I have also sent token before and it is also not credited.

Do really all the BAT that we are donating are getting credited!!!
