BAT from creators account

Hi,

I am not receiving BAT that is credited in the Creators account to my uphold account. Please do necessary to make it possible.
I had transferred it to the creators account in February, it is supposed to show up in my wallet by March 8 or after but still I haven’t received any of them.

My uphold account gets disconnected from the creators account frequently. Maybe thats the reason I haven’t been receiving the BAT.

But why is the account getting disconnected automatically all the time.???
