BAT Rewards Payout January Still Missing - Error Logs

Like probably a lot of users, i’m still missing the January payouts.
Like mentioned in another post in this forum: @steeven advised to go on brave://rewards-internals/ to another member

Makes sense, i wouldn’t get the rewards.

Extra info:

• Full KYC with Uphold. No problems with my account according to their chat support.
• Received All Payouts without a hitch until January (maybe a couple of days later)

Would be nice if someone could help me out.

I have the same results with my Internals but I did received my payout via Gemini, have you tried gemini?

Thanks for the idea. I just tried what worked for the few users i know that are having issues: Contacting Brave Support.

Of course if you tell me or can point me to some users that actually changed from Uphold to Gemini due to the exact same issue of not having received their rewards, then i’ll happily contact them and ask them if this resolved.

Or if you could point me to a forum post which shows that a switch to Gemini during payout periods resolved their issue i would be very happy. If possible i would like to avoid to go through another KYC if this can actually be resolved via Uphold.
