I have earned around 3 BAT in december and the payout day was extended to feb 7, I was ok with that no issue then I again earned 2 BAT in JAN and again now the payout date has extended to MAR 8 so like this I find to be a never ending loop. I am in the latest version as per the play store, can anyone suggest what to do.

Have you verified your wallet ?
if not you can go to brave://rewards-internals and check there if they are added if they are then no problem you just need to verify your wallet and they will be transfered.
I am using brave nightly and the version showing is 1.37.23 and no I have never fast-forwarded my system’s clock.

does your rewards show X bats will arrive in Y days?
and check if the balance in brave reward internals is 0 or not
