My bat payout was on 8th of October and still didn't received in the wallet yet. Now its showing zero

I received 0.835 bat from ads and the payout was at 7th october and still didnt recived it yet.Idk what is happeing

I was supposed to get about 3.5 BAT this month but i didn’t get any where as i received the BAT token from other devices
