BAT all gone after creating Uphold account

I was stuck at 15 BAT for the past couple of months and wasn’t getting any ads. I thought that it may be because I didn’t have an Uphold account. Yesterday, I created an Uphold account and connected it to my Brave browser on Android. After I connected the account, I lost all 15 of my BAT. I checked the activity on Uphold and there wasn’t anything indicating a transfer has happened. I’m not sure where it has all gone.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
