Balance in wallet not showing in Uphold account

I have 253.265 BAT in my wallet.

Uphold shows 23.515000000000001 BAT

Uphold says that it is an issue with Brave, so I would like to figure out how to be able to access the BAT that is in my wallet. Is there a fix for this?

I haven’t been credited with BAT since April 2020. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I’m earning but can’t find a balance in Uphold or in Brave Rewards.

Looks like I’m going to have to post in this every day until I get an answer.

Isodir, just make sure you send Brave Support your brave://rewards-internals information by PM.

Apologies for not responding. Please understand that we get (literally) thousands of thread that look exactly like yours each month and some of them are bound to slip through the cracks. With that said, as @chriscat mentioned, please send either me (@Mattches) or @steeven the following information via DM and we’d be happy to help;

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
