Back button hijacking

Description of the issue: Sites are able to hijack the functionality of the back button to take advantage of their dynamic content or abuse it to keep you on the website longer. Chrome patched this out as a security update some time ago, I think brave should do the same as its extremely frustrating even when used as intended.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Find a website abusing this to keep users on the page when they hit back. Only one that comes to mind immediately is Outlook and Zoho when looking through emails.
  2. Click back and nothing will happen.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:
If you don’t leave the page to a new page then don’t update the backbutton history.
Reproduces how often:
On sites that take advantage of hijacking the back button for dynamic content or to keep you on the page.
Brave Version(about:brave): Version 0.61.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no): Yes

Additional Information: I’m really not sure how Google patched it, so I do think I’m explaining it somewhat poorly.
