Back button doesn't return to original location

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. open dailymail.co.uk
  2. click on a link well down the home page
  3. press the Back icon and it returns to the top of the page, annoying as you have to scroll down a very long page to find out where you were.
  4. This problem has been mentioned several times but never answered as far as I can see.

Expected result:

**Brave Version( check About Brave): Brave is up to date


Version 1.67.134 Chromium: 126.0.6478.186 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information: It should return to where you left off. a right mouse button will open a new tab, which is the only alternative
