Description of the issue:
Hi, I have a autofill passwords problem with Brave 1.61.104. It is not working on some banking sites and on private https sites using autosigned certificates.
The url is identical with the saved ones (but some are imported)
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
Open a site with saved credentials. Example: https://business.ing.ro/ or https://login.bcr.ro/users/login

Brave does not suggest any credentials

Suggest credentials

Not working on Windows 10 and Windows 11, Brave 1.61.104, Chromium 120.0.6099.115
Works on Android 12, Brave 1.60.118, chromium 119.0.6045.163
Additional Information:
For the same sites Chrome or Firefox are suggesting correct credentials without problems
