Passwords not saving

Description of the issue:
Passwords not saving in the auto fill section. Everything worked perfect until I did a windows update and it wiped all the saved passwords.
Expected result:
Passwords back to the auto fill
Reproduces how often:
Almost every time I start Brave

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows 10 latest build 19041.63 and Brave latest V1.17.73
