August Payout Complete but token not showing

My August Payout status is showing completed but in my brave Wallet there is no tokens. This is first time ever happened to me in last few months.

@Faiz025 the notice on the devices are just timed to show when payments begin. They never have had it accurate enough to ping each individual person as payments are sent. Before you created your topic here, you should have seen the very big banner that is on this site, which looks like below:

As it says, payments are still pending. Payouts only ever begin around the 7th of each month, but they can take a few days or even longer. Just keep an eye out on Ads Payout Status Update for updates.

If that post I just linked to ends up saying payments completed and you haven’t received, then you will need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 but please wait until it shows as complete before you do that.

I am talking August Payout what you showing pending is September status.
My August Payout reward showing is completed (zebpay) but not showing zero bats in my wallet.
Please check August Payout status.

@Faiz025 Are you referring to the payment from over a month ago or the one currently being processed? If it’s the current one, that’s the one I linked. What we earned in August gets paid in September, and what we earn this month will be paid in October.

In October, the browser will say “your September payment is complete,” but on the site, it will show “Status update for the October payout” since that’s when the money is being sent and received.

And yes, as of about an hour ago, the payments to ZebPay completed. If you still haven’t received, you then would create a support ticket like I linked earlier. That would be a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 and someone from Brave will look into it. Just be aware that they handle tickets in the order they are received and it can take a few days.

Yes i am talking about August reward according to your logic my browser is showing August reward is completed and on site it also showing September payout to zebpay completed. But still showing zero token in my wallet.

Right, so either way you need to create the support ticket and then wait for their response to you in the email, which may take a few days
