Description of the issue:
When you move cursor over the webpage and click on it anywhere, any elements with a background (buttons, labels etc) become glitched by the artifacts.
It’s quite hard to describe, I’ve recorded the video.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open any web page containing elements with css “background” property (community.brave.com page is suitable for that).
- Move cursor.
- Click anywhere to page
Expected result:
Elements with “background” property shouldn’t be changed or glitched, or artifacted.
