Are Emojis supported in this browser?

Are emojis not currently supported on the Brave browser? Whenever people use emojis on web pages, I mostly see empty boxes. The few emojis that do show up are in black and white (no color). I saw a reference in a different post alluding to a Unicode/emoji pack (or something like that). Note that emojis are working fine any other browser I use, just not Brave. Thanks.

They appear normal (oddly enough). Seems that everywhere else I go, they appear broken like the screenshot I sent.
