Are browser settings saved in the cloud?

Brave newbie.
The Google Chrome browser seems to save browser settings, so that if I open Chrome on another computer and enter my Google account, it automatically goes off and retrieves all my browser settings

Does Brave do this, if so how do I get my settings retrieved and loaded on a second computer?
