How can you import brave settings from local browser that is not installed

So here’s the deal i reinstalled my computer and i had brave browser on the previous OS, the data is still stored on my hard drive but i don’t have access to the Brave app from the other OS. How can i transfer the profile, settings etc from my previous browser to this one.
