Anyone else's iOS Brave is freezing all the time?

Brave freezes frequently, or by switching to it on iOS, or in the middle of using it. Nothing works but to manually shut down Brave and restart it again.

– Rewards are off
– Synching is on

Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.70.1

@PaterTMG Nope, no issues on my iPhone at all. Are you noticing it happen on any particular websites? Does it not happen with any other apps?

It happens with all kinds of websites, really no specific hint… Does not happen with other apps (when I switch to Safari or Chrome, everything is fine with the websites…)

This strange behaviour startet some days ago. At the beginning I was not putting much attention, but now its kind of very annoying…

I have been facing similar issue
I will share couple of instances that started with this issue

  1. Used app for sometime, watched some videos closed after using by swiping up from recents then when i open, the app is frozen. No matter what i try it won’t work again
  2. Re-started the phone and opened again working like nothing ever happened and check by closing and opening multiple times , works fine (when I don’t use anything in the app, just testing open and close)
  3. Randomly closed while browsing then boom!! Frozen again…. Tried the old trick (restarted the phone) works fine
  4. And finally after couple hours FROZEN again, this time instead of restarting the phone i uninstalled and installed the brave app , Now moment of SILENCE
    App does even work
    ALL I SEE IS A HOMEPAGE WITHOUT ANY ICONS OR WORKING BUTTONS

Tried offloading, reinstalling, opening and closing multiple times e.t.c i’ve done want i can ended up here hoping for a solution
