Another month, another lot of missing rewards

Second post about this, first of which was ignored. Also had a DM to staff ignored last month.

I get the corona delays, but what exactly is the point of having this form of support if it goes perpetually unanswered?

Hey @iLuxoN, I can help out. I’m not seeing any DM history between us, so please send the following info and I can take a look at what’s going on:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
