How do I get rid of these annoying popups? There are no extensions installed.

These are brave ads, you can turn them off by going into reward settings
brave://rewards/
uhhhh. Reward is turned off.
It showed off on the red triangle up by thge address bar, but brave://rewrds had it on. Mystery solved
