All windows crash when pasting URL from one profile to another

Description of the issue:
All my windows of Brave crash when I attempt to paste a copied URL from one Brave profile window to another

Edit: Brave seems to be doing this when just copying urls anyway.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open 2 or more windows of Brave with different profiles being used
  2. Put in a URL into one window and go to it
  3. Attempt to paste the URL to another window using a different profile

Expected result: Brave crashes

Brave Version:

Version 1.61.116 Chromium: 120.0.6099.217 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Additional Information:
Using debloated windows 11 install with minimal tweaks to default Brave settings.
