All of my extensions are being marked "Not from web store"

Description of the issue:
I go to my extensions and find all of them have that little icon next to them meaning “Not from web store”. This later becomes an issue when I sync, then none of the extensions will sync.

How can this issue be reproduced?
I have no idea.

Expected result:
I downloaded them from the store, so they shouldn’t have my symbol, and all of them should sync to my other devices.

Hello – known bug in 1.32.106, it should get fixed in the next release due any day now.
