Description of the issue:
Seems Google updates the Chrome Store. The button add to Chrome is disabled.
Same situation in Edge, but they add a banner to provide the operations. Can we have a check on it?
How can this issue be reproduced?
The issue always there in my side.
Expected result:
Can install extensions from Chrome Store.
Brave Version( check About Brave):
1.64.109 Chromium: 123.0.6312.58 64bit
