All my earnings just disappear

i notice there is a error in brave rewards from start of October. “showing estimate earning from this month”. when i start the browser it shows 0.00 bat, but after some time it shows exact amount. (i never experience this before) it seems to ok.
but, now.
i open the browser it not showing the exact amount of bat (i have ~16 bat). now it shows 0.6 something. and there is no amount is added in wallet. where it goes. even when i seen an ad the bat is increases 0.6 to 0.65 bat.
i know the amount is send to wallet by every 6th date of month. but now its 31-10-2020.

all my earnings just disappear.
fix this please.

reinstall the browser, it may fix this issue

i don’t know but if you want your data + ads.
then install brave nightly and then, import the your data from brave browser. this will bring your all data to brave nightly + you will receive the ads.
hope this may help u.

ok thanks bro, first l want ask support. maybe can fix my problem, l use brave over 1 year and never reinstall :sweat_smile:

Maybe I’ve misunderstood but if you have nothing, you risk nothing to try to reinstall the browser :slight_smile:

they fix this problem, now it showing exact amount of bat :slightly_smiling_face:
