**Briefly describe your issue: Unable to Toggle brave ads back to on it repeatedly goes back to off and won’t switch to the on position.

Additional information: I tried re-installing brave - closing browser & re opening, opening a new tab. The Auto-contribute toggle works, I can turn it on and off. The Ads button will not turn back to On. I restarted my PC, updated Windows 10, all notifications in Windows are enabled, no VPN, my other User in Brave is working. The Ads in the rewards is still set to on, but looks like i’m not receiving any ads. Can you please help?
