Description of the issue:

Substantial input lag occurs on the iOS app when sync is on, a desktop device is part of the sync and a large number of bookmarks are on desktop device.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Turn on sync
  2. Add a desktop device to the sync, sync bookmarks. Ensure there are lots of bookmarks (hundreds)
  3. Once the sync occurs start typing into the address bar, notice the large input lag.

Expected result:
There should be no input lag

Mobile Device details
iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15.3

Additional Information:
Turning off sync resolves the issue. Makes sync function useless however.
