Add website to Top Sites when opening a new tab

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. When opening a new tab, I see a list of “Top Sites”
  2. Can I add my favorite sites to this list?

Brave Version: 1.18.78

Yea this feature would been really nice. Had been waiting awhile for this feature to be finally arrive.
