"Add to Home Screen" for Twitter

Description of the issue:
There is no “add to home screen” option when trying to add Twitter.com

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
On Android V9 device:

  1. Start Brave
  2. Navigate to Twitter.com
  3. Press Settings icon on bottom right
  4. Normally on most pages, you would see an option “add to home screen” here, but for Twitter this option will not come up.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:
Twitter added as a Lite App on home screen
Reproduces how often:
Every time
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Android V9, 1.18.78
Additional Information:
This form such a pain in the ole anus.

It’s changed from “Add to Home Screen” to “Install App” because Twitter support PWA (progressive web app).
