Add support for security keys

I have Google Advanced Protection, but Brave does not support FIDO security keys, so I cannot log into my Google account in Brave for Android. Sadly, that means Brave cannot be my default browser on Android… :frowning:
Others have reported this same shortcoming.
For a browser focused on security and privacy, Brave really needs to support the upcoming huge demand for FIDO2/WebAuthn support.

Has there been any update on this? Just got a new device and struggling to get Brave logged into my Google account for the same reason.

This feature is really critical. As I’m required by our company to have Google Advanced Protection on, I cannot use Brave until it’s fixed.
