Add option to disable volume control in playlist

Please let users disable the swipe up and down volume control in the playlist.

Expected behaviour:
Swipe down would close the video. (As is default on iOS for fullscreen content)

Actual behaviour:
The sound is now muted.

Expected behaviour:
A swipe up does nothing.

Actual behaviour:
My ears are blown out by a full volume youtube video.

Please remove (volume control is actually handled on system level by side buttons or controll center) or let users disable the swipe up and down gestures on the video playlist.
