AdBlocker not working at all (CentOS Linux desktop)

Description of the issue:
AdBlocker not working. Essentially every website which has an ad has this ad displayed when viewing with Brave.

When I go to brave://adblock/ it says:

Total Ads Blocked: 0
Regional Ad Block: Disabled

Everything that could be enabled in the settings regarding AdBlock I already enabled. I suspect some options are not even showing in the settings as I cannot get this regional blocker to the enabled state.

Exact URL of the website in question:
Any site with ads

Screenshot of the ad as it appears in Brave

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
Yes

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
No

Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no):
No

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome?
I don’t have Chrome installed, please let me know if this information is relevant in this case

Brave version (check About Brave):
Version 0.62.51 Chromium: 73.0.3683.103 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Centos 8 Stream (x64)

First thing to do is to update to the latest version of Brave and Chromium and see if that fixes it. Current release version of Brave is 1.20 and Chromium is up to 88

Thanks, I totally forgot to check the version, my bad. I just installed the version which was in the default repository for my distro. Problem solved
