3rd month running - Rewards are broken - not reconciling properly at end of each month since Feb payout for January

Briefly describe your issue: BIG disparity earnings v rewards issue remains - 3rd month running. Previously reported here, problem continues and seemingly not yet solved: Big disparity between rewards estimate and rewards received

Only partial rewards being received, large amount keeps being held over to the next month, for 3 months running now. The problem is particularly bad on Android (see screenshots for all devices below).

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10, Windows 11 and Android - all latest versions (I check for updates daily).

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
No - waiting for device limits to be removed by Brave

What date did you verify your wallet?
N/A

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? Other than known glitches over the last couple of years which were fixed, yes. Had no problems at all until January payment was paid in February, then this thing began.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Don’t know, not checking, this is not a device-specific issue.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes.

Please don’t do another mid-month payment - affected users only get double-short-changed, while unaffected benefit from double rewards - not very equitable!

Please can you just find a fix so that next month the balance pays out and we get back to normal again with the usual <1 BAT carrying over to the next month? Estimated rewards will just keep increasing and not being paid out if the issue continues, compounding the existing problem.

It is most likely due to unreconciled ads. It basically means that you earned from it, but the ads aren’t reconciled by the time the payment period starts. So for example, if you earn .05 BAT at the end of the payment period, that BAT may take a couple days to be reconciled (maybe “processed” is an easier to understand term) — which means it doesn’t actually count towards what you earned this month and you’ll instead earn it next month.
