27 BAT Vanished Verified wallet now unverified

I have been a Brave user for some time now and accumulated 27 BAT. I was finally able to verify my wallet after this milestone. One month later, the wallet balance vanished, but was still verified wallet. Attempting to fix the issue, I proceeded to the update Brave to most recent version in app store. Now wallet is unverified, with balance of 0 BAT.

Why? How fix?

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
