My BAT disappeared after wallet verification

Hi,

i have the same problem as mentioned here:

i tried to mp the support to not make a similar topic but i have no response after 6 days

here my version from brave://version/ :

Brave 1.22.71 Chromium: 89.0.4389.114 (Build officiel) (64 bits)
Révision 1ea76e193b4fadb723bfea2a19a66c93a1bc0ca6-refs/branch-heads/4389@{#1616}
Système d’exploitation Windows 10 OS Version 1909 (Build 18363.1198)

i would like to get back my Bat or an explanation about why i lost it.

Same and they still haven’t responded to me, but fear not surely after weeks of investigating the problem they will fix it right… :neutral_face:

Same problem here. I verified the Uphold wallet and the BAT disappeared

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
