ok, i do apologize for not knowing how to use this but i dont know what, where and how to use forums and whatnot, anyway, if this is gonna be deleted then its fair, just please make sure that im notified on how to do this, anyway, the problem i have is that i want to use a setting that stops youtube from playing videos whenever i open in a new tab or when i restart my laptop and such, basically i dont want the videos to play when i switch to each tab, what setting would i need to change to do that? i dont understand on how to do do this and would like assistance, sorry if this isnt the right place to ask about this O_O
