YouTube TV - video format not supported

After upgrading to Version 0.57.18 Chromium, cannot watch video. Website states “This video format is not supported” I’ve set java and flash to allow, but it still doesn’t work

**Did the issue present with default Shields settings? YES

**Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? NO

**Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. NO

**Does the site function as expected when using Chrome? not sure

**What Brave version/Build are you using when you encounter the issue?Version 0.57.18 Chromium: 71.0.3578.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)
