Description of the issue:
It is no longer possible to watch youtube using the Brave player - it is now blocked by a “you’re a bot” error and a request from youtube to login appears.
This error was not present a week ago.
iOS: 18.2.1
VPN: yes, router based, NordVPN
Method: search “dog barking” (or whatever you like) using duckduckgo, click on videos tab, click play, if it appears select option to “watch here” rather than navigate in to the youtube site (this can also be set as a default in settings)
, the attached error appears. Have changed VPN servers several times so is not IP related.
URL: none, it loads these videos from the search engine page directly in Brave instead of visiting the site
