Description of the issue:
this is what youtube looks like for me, continuous black screen with the buffering icon rotating. I have cleared cache and cookies and logged back in, disabled graphic acceleration, removed shield and adblocker extentions, and I’m not sure what else to do. I am on windows desktop, brave ver. 1.66.118
