Youtube Ad's only active when logged into Youtube Account

Yesterday Youtube was loading a black screen on many videos on first viewing, but refreshing would load them afterwards.

Today however all videos viewed on my Youtube account autoplay 2 adds back to back (some lasting 2-3 minutes each ad) as soon I load the page.

The only way to avoid ad’s is to log out of my account and manually search the videos I wish to watch, or select them from a bookmark.

Description of the issue:
Brave cannot block any ad’s from playing if signed into a Youtube account.
Exact URL of the website in question:

Screenshot of the ad as it appears in Brave:

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no)
Yes. All config’s are up to date and Brave in on the latest release build as well.
Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off?
Yes, but ad’s become pervasive and fill the screen, as well as autoplay on selecting a video.
Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no)
Only if signed into a Youtube account. When not logged in, no ad’s appear on Youtube.
What OS are you using when you see the ad?
Windows 10 Home
Brave version (check About Brave):
v 1.64.113

Having the exact same issue. Unless I sign out of my account or turn off shields I can’t view videos without watching 2 ads back to back first. Also using Win 10 and latest Brave version.
